Join us at La Merenda on Thursday, April 10th as we welcome Andy Hatch from Uplands Dairy for a very special dinner and wine pairing. Throughout the evening you will be able to sample Pleasant Ridge Reserve aged at 5month, 12month and 24month. Uplands Dairy, located in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, is best known for their Pleasant Ridge Reserve cheese, which was awarded ACS Best in Show a record three times in the past 10 years and Best in Show in the 2003 US Cheese Championship, also making it the only cheese to win both of the two major national competitions. Great care goes into the breeding of their outdoor pasture-grazing, grass-fed cattle and you can taste the difference in their cheeses. Veal and pork from the farm are raised in equally thoughtful ways. We hope that you will join us for an evening celebrating this great Wisconsin farm.
